Abstract
|
|
|
It is well known to observe infiltration of leukemic cells into skin and mucosa in
acute leukemia, especially in monocytic subtypes. Recently we experienced a case of
acute leukemia presenting with extensive skin tumor in 55-year-old female patient. The
case was diagnosed as acute monocytic leukemia through bone marrow study, skin
biopsy, cytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopic studies.
